Some New Features Announced By AWS

AMAZON INCREASES NAT GATEWAY’S CAPACITY TO SUPPORT CONCURRENT CONNECTIONS TO A UNIQUE DESTINATION

Starting today (1 Feb 2023), you can configure your NAT Gateway to support up to 440,000 concurrent connections to a unique destination by adding multiple IP addresses to the same NAT Gateway.

This feature is available in all AWS regions including AWS GovCloud (US) Regions. To learn more about VPC NAT Gateway and this feature, please visit AWS official documentation.

AMAZON CONNECT LAUNCHES AWS CLOUDFORMATION SUPPORT FOR INSTANCE MANAGEMENT APIS

Amazon Connect now supports AWS CloudFormation for instance management, in addition to previously launched CloudFormation support for instance creation and data storage APIs.

AWS CloudFormation support for Amazon Connect instance management is available in all AWS regions where Amazon Connect is offered. To learn more about Amazon Connect, the AWS contact centre as a service solution on the cloud, please visit the Amazon Connect website.

AWS APPCONFIG EXPANDS ENCRYPTION CAPABILITIES, INTEGRATING WITH AWS SECRETS MANAGER AND AWS KMS

Today (2 Feb 2023), AWS AppConfig announces integrations with AWS Secrets Manager and AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS), providing customers with additional configuration sources and encryption capabilities.

AWS AppConfig’s integration with Secrets Manager and AWS KMS is available in all commercial and AWS GovCloud (US) Regions. To get started, use the AWS AppConfig Getting Started Guide or  AWS AppConfig official documentation.
